Using this website
These terms cover use of thecleaninggoat.com, operated under the name The Cleaning GOAT. The website describes residential and commercial cleaning services and lets you request a free quote. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
Quotes and bookings
Submitting a quote request does not reserve a visit, confirm an appointment or create an obligation to purchase. Estimates are free and without obligation. Service availability, scope, pricing and scheduling must be confirmed directly with our team before a booking is agreed. Website descriptions and service comparisons provide general information; the agreed scope depends on your property and the service discussed.
Customer declarations and revised estimates
Customers are responsible for accurate and complete declarations about room and bathroom counts, size, condition, buildup, clutter, pets, access and requested tasks. Preliminary estimates depend on those declarations and review of the actual property. Material differences, omissions, additional work or unsafe conditions may require a revised scope or price. We will explain proposed changes and obtain approval before starting the affected work; no additional charge is authorized automatically. If a safe scope and price cannot be agreed, the affected work will not proceed. Downloaded quote PDFs are customer copies of requests and preliminary estimates, not invoices, final-price guarantees or appointment confirmations. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
Service arrangements
Please provide accurate contact information and discuss access, pets, sensitive surfaces, product preferences and other relevant needs directly with our team. Do not put entry codes, payment information or sensitive personal details in the public quote form. Any service-specific arrangements, cancellation terms, payment terms or other booking conditions will be discussed separately before confirmation. These website terms do not create a cancellation fee, deposit requirement or recurring billing authorization.
Payments and recurring services
The quote form does not collect payment or enroll you in automatic billing. A request for recurring cleaning does not authorize recurring charges. Pricing, payment arrangements and any recurring service agreement require separate confirmation.
Communications and privacy
Submitting a request asks us to respond by phone call or email about that inquiry. The separate optional SMS checkbox covers automated service messages and offers under our SMS Terms; checking it is not required to request a quote or buy services. The form does not subscribe you to email marketing. Our Privacy Policy explains information handling and communication choices.
Acceptable use
Use the website for lawful purposes. Do not submit fraudulent requests, another person’s contact details without authority, malicious code or content intended to disrupt the website or misuse its forms. You must have authority to provide the phone number or email address you submit.
Website content and availability
Website content, branding and visual materials may be protected by intellectual property rights. Viewing the site does not transfer ownership of those materials. We may update content, correct errors or temporarily interrupt the website. If an error affects a quote or service description, our team will clarify it before a booking is confirmed. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
