About this policy
The Cleaning GOAT uses this website to receive and manage residential and commercial cleaning inquiries in Miami-Dade County, Florida. This policy explains how we handle information collected through thecleaninggoat.com and related quote follow-up. For privacy questions, contact [email protected].
Information you provide
Our quote form collects your name, phone number, ZIP code and requested cleaning service. Email and additional details are optional. We also record your request reference and communication choices. Please do not include payment details, door codes, identification documents, medical information or other sensitive information in the form.
Smart quote requests and optional photos
The separate smart quote flow collects property type, ZIP code, service preferences, size, condition, requested extras and preferred timing. At the final step it requests your name, email, phone and service address. These details and an estimate snapshot are stored in a private CRM quote record linked to your Lead. If enabled, a routing provider processes the service address to estimate driving time; our private starting location is not displayed. Optional photos are available only when private storage and scheduled cleanup are configured. Photos may contain metadata; avoid people, documents, access codes and sensitive items. Uploaded booking photos are scheduled for deletion from active storage after 30 days; backup copies may persist under backup retention.
Website and security information
Our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, processes technical information such as IP addresses, browser and device information, request times and security signals to deliver the website, operate the Turnstile anti-abuse check and protect the service. Website measurement services may process usage and performance information. Security features may use cookies or similar technologies. Our quote integration does not add browser fingerprints or IP addresses to the CRM quote record. If optional Google Analytics is enabled, it loads only after you accept the separate analytics choice. It can use analytics cookies; your analytics choice is stored in your browser. We do not send quote form contents, contact details or URL query strings to our custom analytics events. You can turn off analytics using the website control. This choice is separate from SMS consent.
Language preference and downloaded quotes
We use supported browser-language settings to select English or Spanish unless you choose a language yourself. Your explicit language choice is stored in your browser, separately from analytics and messaging choices. A quote PDF is generated locally in your browser from the submitted request and estimate; it may contain your name, contact details and service address. Keep downloaded copies private. We do not send this information to an external PDF-generation service.
How we use your information
We use your information to respond to your inquiry, discuss cleaning needs and availability, prepare an estimate, manage follow-up, provide customer support and, if you book, coordinate your service. We also use operational information to prevent abuse and diagnose problems. A quote request is not a confirmed appointment. We use optional SMS consent only for the text-message program described below.
Service providers and disclosures
Quote information is stored in our separately hosted Frappe CRM and shared with team members and email providers who handle inquiries. Frappe and Cloudflare support our acknowledgement and email delivery workflows. Hosting, security, communications and other service providers may process information to perform these functions for us. We may also disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, address fraud or respond to security incidents. Processing may occur outside your state or country.
Mobile information and SMS consent
We do not sell mobile phone numbers or share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties for their independent use. We may provide the information needed to aggregators and communications providers solely to operate and deliver our text-message service, or disclose it when required by law. These restrictions apply even where other sections describe sharing with service providers.
Calls, email and optional text messages
Submitting the form asks us to follow up about your quote by phone call or email. It does not subscribe you to promotional email. If you separately check the optional SMS box, you agree to automated texts about quotes, appointments, service updates, news and offers from The Cleaning GOAT. Consent is not a condition of purchase. The SMS program is being prepared: consent may be recorded now, but no automated SMS sender is currently connected. See the SMS Terms for program details and withdrawal options.
Your communication choices
You can leave optional fields and the SMS checkbox blank and still request a quote. Ask us to stop inquiry follow-up or withdraw SMS permission by emailing [email protected]. Once program texts begin, reply STOP to the sending number to stop the entire SMS program, including service texts and offers; reply HELP for assistance. An unsubscribe link in an inquiry email applies to that inquiry, not SMS. The website does not currently offer email-marketing enrollment.
Retention and security
Information may remain in CRM records, related communications, mailboxes, operational logs and backups. Retention depends on the purpose of the record, the status of an inquiry or service, applicable obligations and the need to document consent, withdrawals or resolve disputes. A deletion request may not immediately remove backup copies or records that must be retained. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Access, correction and deletion requests
Email [email protected] to request access to, correction of or deletion of information you provided, or to ask about its use. We may request information reasonably needed to verify your identity. We review requests subject to applicable law and any permitted retention obligations. Available legal rights depend on the laws that apply to you and our business.
Children and external websites
This website is intended for people seeking cleaning services and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and address it. Other websites linked from this site have their own privacy practices.
