The Cleaning GOAT Updates & Offers
These terms describe our optional text-message program for cleaning quotes, scheduling, appointment confirmations and reminders, customer support, service updates, news and promotional offers. The program is being prepared. The website may record your optional consent now; no automated SMS sender is currently connected, and opting in does not guarantee that any texts will be sent.
Optional enrollment
To opt in on our website, check the optional SMS box and submit the quote form. The box is not preselected. You agree to receive automated text messages from The Cleaning GOAT at the number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and you can request a quote without opting in. This permission does not subscribe you to promotional email. You must be authorized to use the submitted number.
Consent disclosure
Optional: I agree to receive automated text messages from The Cleaning GOAT about my quote, appointments, service updates, news and offers at the number provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Frequency, costs and delivery
Message frequency varies based on your inquiry, appointments and program activity. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan; check with your carrier for details. Delivery depends on network and carrier availability and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The program is intended for U.S. mobile numbers capable of receiving SMS.
Withdraw consent or get help
You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing [email protected] and identifying the phone number concerned. Once you receive program texts, reply STOP to the sending number to stop the entire program, including service updates and offers. A single non-promotional opt-out confirmation may follow. Reply HELP for assistance, or email [email protected]. We also accept clear requests to stop sent directly to our team. You can continue discussing your quote by phone call or email without participating in SMS.
Changes to your number
Tell us at [email protected] if you change your number or are no longer authorized to use it. Do not enroll a number belonging to another person without authority. A new quote request does not by itself withdraw a previous opt-out or authorize us to resume texts.
Privacy and consent records
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information. We record the opt-in choice, disclosure text and version, request reference and date to document your instructions. We do not sell mobile information or share it with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in information and consent are not provided for independent third-party use; communications providers may process what is necessary to operate the program, and disclosures may be made when required by law.
Program changes and contact
