Confirm safe access and appropriate tasks
Construction debris, exposed materials, unfinished work and specialized cleanup needs require explicit discussion. Do not assume debris hauling, hazardous dust removal, mold remediation, lead or asbestos work, or specialist restoration is included. Suitability must be confirmed before a booking is accepted.
Protect new surfaces
Mention new finishes, manufacturer care instructions and residue that may need special handling. The team will discuss what can reasonably be addressed and which tasks may need another qualified provider. We do not promise removal of every paint mark, adhesive, stain or construction defect.
